Chief Executive Officer
Imam Rasul Mohammed Imtiaz is the Chief Executive Officer of Shahjalal Asset Management Limited. He has more than Eleven years of exclusive experience in Capital Market of Bangladesh in the area of Investment Analysis, Equity Research, Financial Product Development and Issue Management of Open end Mutual fund, Relationship management with Sponsor and Regulators for both Mutual Fund and Institutional Portfolio Management. Before Joining here, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Alif Assets Management Limited and In charge of IL Capital Limited. He was also Deputy Chief Investment Officer (DCIO) of Alliance Capital Asset Management Limited and Senior Manager, Portfolio at International Leasing and Financial Services Limited. Mr Imtiaz, attend a lot of training program on Issue Management, Sukuk, Portfolio Management, Capital Market Compliance and Tax Advisory.Mr Imtiaz completed his BBA & MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. Mr Imtiaz is very passionate for sports and holding Black belt in Shotokan Karate.
